Hengao Twin Screw extruder has many advantages, which focus on feeding system, driving parts, transmission parts, screw rpm, screw design, barrel composition, electrical control sytem, peleltizing system, etc.

1. Feeding system：Hengao has developed the volumetric feeder and continuous gravimetric automatic feeding system. On volumetric feeder system, we use new design type feeder which avoid the powder leakage shortage; The gravimetric feeder adopts Siemens PLC and International brand load cells, through PROFIBUS to achieve close-loop control, so that it can ensure the feeding accuracy of each feeder according the formula percentage and escape the manual operation mistake. This gravimetric feeding system increase the accuracy of feeding, also realized the industry automation.
2. Driving parts: Used best brand motor, AC or DC are both available. Also ABB or Siemens motor as optional.
3.Transmission system: Gearbox is used tri-axis structure, which combine reduction and torque distribution together. All bearing are used SKF or INA product. It has Oil-immerge lubricating system and multi-point enforcing lubricating system. It also provides alarm function when low oil position or over pressure happens. It is sure of gearbox runs in the condition of high performance and long time.
4. Screw rotating speed: Currently, we have standard twin screw extruder from 400rpm~600rpm. We will suggest customer to use suitable rpm extruder according customer processing material. Also we can use imported European gearbox which can get 800rpm or more, which keep the machinery get higher output on the high torque and high rotating speed running condition.
5. Screw combination: All screw parts are all segments parts, the L/D can be from 28~52. Customer can easy to change the screw design to meet different polymer processing, so that we can use one
